Technicien Purification DSP

📋 Description

• Production DSP purification of recombinant proteins in GMP environment
• Prepare purification activities: equipment qualification, buffers, materials, recipes data entry
• Cleanliness and organization of production area per GMP and internal procedures
• Clean of columns used in purification; prepare single-use kits
• Carry out DSP purification operations manually or via computerized recipes
• Ensure traceability and participate in deviations investigations when needed

🎯 Requirements

• BTs/BSs minimum (BTS in biotechnologies or chemistry, DUT, professional license in pharma/food or
• 1-3 years field experience in protein purification at small or large scale
• Good understanding of purification processes and related equipment
• Ability to follow pre-defined planning with team lead and adhere to daily production schedules
• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing environment and aseptic constraints
• Hands-on, rigorous, proactive, team-oriented; familiarity with single-use environments is a plus
