Technology and Innovation - Business Analyst (Salesforce)

📋 Description

• Lead requirements gathering via stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Analyze current and future-state processes; identify optimizations.
• Elicit and manage functional/non-functional requirements, data needs.
• Develop BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, flows.
• Support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Lead-to-Cash.
• Coordinate UAT, defect triage, release validation, readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, CS, or related.
• 2-5+ years in Business Analysis for enterprise tech.
• 2+ years Salesforce implementations/enhancements.
• Requirements elicitation, process mapping, documentation.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, L2C.
• Quoting, pricing, approvals, billing, renewals.
• JIRA/Azure DevOps/Confluence and Agile/Scrum experience.
