Technology Trainer – Anthropic Enablement-Netherlands/EMEA

📋 Description

• Deliver live training (virtual and in-person) on Claude capabilities, Anthropic API/SDKs, and
• Tailor enablement content to audiences from non-technical users to developers/solution architects.
• Demo Claude live, cover API usage, prompting techniques, and common integration patterns; handle
• Provide office hours and follow-up support to reinforce learning; manage internal certification
• Collaborate with Delivery, Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams to align content with

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical training, enablement, solutions engineering, or related customer-facing
• Strong API/integration foundation; hands-on Claude or comparable LLM experience to teach and
• Proven ability to design and deliver tiered curricula (101/201) for mixed audiences.
• Excellent virtual and in-person presentation/facilitation skills; adaptable to room dynamics.
• Strong instructional design; ability to measure learning outcomes; Anthropic Certified Trainer or
