📋 Description

• Lead tech transfer projects from concept validation to full-scale production
• Develop and execute transfer plans with timelines and milestones
• Coordinate with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and ops
• Translate findings into manufacturing specs, docs, and procedures
• Support manufacturing process optimization and reliability
• Collaborate on IP, licensing, and tech partnerships with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years in technology transfer, R&D, or related fields
• Experience transferring complex tech into production
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, quality systems, and process optimization
• Knowledge of critical process parameters and defect prevention
• Experience delivering operator training
