Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
Active FNP license; cross-licensure possible; licenses reimbursed by Equip.
3+ years in outpatient pediatric, adolescent, and adult care (primary care preferred).
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to evidence-based care and ongoing professional development.
