Telehealth Physician (MD/DO) – Weight Management & Metabolic Health

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual patient evaluations
• Review intake forms, medical histories, and lab results
• Determine medical necessity and prescribe treatment when appropriate
• Provide ongoing follow-up and clinical oversight
• Conduct synchronous and asynchronous virtual consultations
• Collaborate with care coordination to support patient outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO with active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active licensure in 30+ U.S. states
• Eligible and compliant to practice telemedicine in licensed states
• Active DEA registration (multi-state preferred)
• Strong understanding of weight management and metabolic health
