Territory Manager, Hospitals (AZ, Tucson)

📋 Description

• Develop and execute GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets
• Travel locally 4-5 days/week to meet patients, parents, and providers
• Engage partners across channels to support referral networks
• Gather market feedback to inform marketing and product strategy
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to hit GTM goals

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in Tucson, AZ
• English fluency
• 1-4 years of proven sales experience; KPI ownership a plus
• Experience with hospitals a plus
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license (within ~1 hour
• Strong interpersonal, consultative selling and relationship-building skills
