Territory Manager, Hospitals (TX, Fort Worth)

📋 Description

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets
• Travel locally 4-5 days/week to meet patients, parents, and providers
• Lead meetings and partnerships with patients, families, and providers
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to achieve GTM goals
• Represent Charlie Health to expand access to behavioral health programs

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in Fort Worth, TX
• Must be fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience; KPIs a plus
• Experience with or selling to hospitals is a plus
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills
