Territory Manager (MD, Cecil County)

📋 Description

• Develop and execute GTM strategy for new markets
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to meet patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support referral partners across channels
• Deepen penetration with existing partnerships
• Lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and events

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in Cecil County, MD
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience (KPIs a plus)
• Healthcare organizations experience a plus
• Travel locally within ~1 hour driving distance 4-5 days/week
• Energy to advise and persuade senior personnel
