Territory Manager (PA, Lackawanna County)

📋 Description

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Go in the field 4 - 5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in Lackawanna County, PA
• Must be fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience - owning KPIs a plus
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Energetic, persuasive with senior professionals
