Territory GTM for SUD program in Las Vegas area
Engage referral partners across detox, residential, rehab, and SUD orgs
Educate partners on Charlie Health’s SUD and mental health programs
Collaborate with marketing, clinical, ops, and analytics to drive growth
Represent Charlie Health at community events and industry sessions
Travel within Las Vegas to meet partners 4-5 days/week

🎯 Requirements

Based in Las Vegas, NV
4+ years sales or biz dev experience
Healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred
Familiarity with SUD treatment ecosystem
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Excellent organizational and PM skills

🎁 Benefits

Full-time, exempt role with comprehensive benefits
Base: $70k-$90k + uncapped performance bonus
Total target comp: $94k-$114k depending on factors
