Educate and engage SUD referral partners (detox centers, rehab facilities, etc.) on Charlie Health
Build and manage relationships with care providers and stakeholders
Represent Charlie Health at community events and industry sessions
Collaborate with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams

Willingness to travel extensively around Nashville, TN
4+ years of proven sales or business development experience
Healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred
Familiarity with SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
