  • Test software releases for Revenues & Benefits and Central Government applications
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to improve software and customer satisfaction
  • Home-based after training period in Bracknell office
  • Adapt testing to ensure benefits, council tax, and business rates processes are correct
  • Review functional requirements and convert them into test scripts and scenarios
  • Execute test scripts and report results clearly to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to interpret complex requirements
  • Knowledge of Council Tax or Non-Domestic rates testing
  • Understanding of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction calculations
  • Attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines
  • Experience writing and executing test scripts and investigating failures
