Test and Evaluation Analyst (Cyber Survivability)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end T&E planning for national security programs.
• Integrate cyber survivability into test scenarios and evaluation frameworks.
• Coordinate OT&E resources, data management, and reporting deliverables.
• Collaborate with cyber teams to define RoE and testing scope.
• Present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Top Secret/SCI clearance and ability to pass a polygraph.
• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s with 7+ years relevant T&E/systems engineering/military
• IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+, CySa+, SSCP, CND, CCNA Security, GIAC GSEC).
• Strong T&E experience within the DoD; systems engineering principles; technical writing.
• Experience with cryptographic infrastructure, key management, secure communications.
