📋 Description

• Flight Test Operations: prep, execute, troubleshoot weekly tests
• HIL Simulation: validate flight software/hardware integrations
• Flight Data & Analytics: analyze logs for performance insights
• Mechanical: design/iterate lightweight structural components
• Software: develop flight control/telemetry/embedded code (C++/Python)
• GNC: collaborate on flight test plans & vehicle dynamics analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in aerospace/robotics/high-reliability environments
• Coding: Python or C++ proficiency
• Flight Software & Protocols: PX4 and CAN experience
• Hardware Aptitude: DC motors and ESC knowledge
• Design Tools: CAD familiarity
• Mindset: fast build-test-fix cycle with cross-functional communication
