Lead and manage QA activities across projects and releases
Define test strategy, test plans, and overall testing approach
Ensure full coverage across functional, integration, regression, SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing

Ensure deliverables are validated, tested, and signed off before production deployment
Monitor defects, risks, test progress, and release readiness

🎯 Requirements

8-12 years of working experience leading QA teams in transformative banking/capital market
Strong experience managing end-to-end testing across integrated systems
Experience working in high-availability and mission-critical environments
Experience with vendor selection technology procurement
Technical: SDLC, STLC, Agile, Waterfall; functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT
