Test Manager

📋 Description

• Lead testing activities across multiple projects, streams, teams, and external partners.
• Own end-to-end testing lifecycle: test planning, scenario development, execution, defect
• Define and maintain testing strategies, plans, goals, and test artefacts.
• Manage SIT, UAT, and ORT with quality gates at each stage.
• Collaborate with QA leads, engineers, PMs, stakeholders, and vendors to align testing with
• Act as testing SME; provide guidance on methodology, risk, test design, and phase approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years leading QA/testing teams on large-scale projects.
• Experience across full STLC including SIT, UAT, ORT.
• Hands-on QA Lead/QA Engineer with ability to contribute technically.
• Strong coordination of multi-stream teams and external partners/vendors.
• Extensive knowledge of JIRA and Confluence for tracking and test management.
• Experience with test automation and at least one automation framework.
