Test Specialist - Antenna Lab, Satellites (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Setup, develop, and operate SpaceX’s Starlink antenna development lab.
• Perform measurements on phased array and passive antennas for satellite, ground, and user products.
• Maintain lab inventory and configurations; handle test equipment and test boards.
• Coordinate usage of test benches, thermal chambers, and RF measurement setups.
• Support RF measurements using test equipment; compile results and maintain documentation.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving workload while ensuring lab readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in hands-on engineering technician role or STEM degree.
• Experience as mmWave/RF technician or related electrical engineering training.
• Ability to read drawings and electrical schematics.
• Hands-on with RF test equipment (VNA, signal generators, spectrum analyzers).
• Strong computer, analytical, and documentation skills; basic networking and Linux knowledge.
