Troubleshoot hardware/software, update docs, train line techs, perform schedule maintenance
Manage workload to meet deadlines and respond to critical requests
Interpret released docs and informal sketches
Identify design gaps and update docs to prevent recurrence
Maintain clean, stocked, and orderly work area

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years electromechanical assembly experience
Hands-on harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies, PCBAs, test stations
Strong communication for design/process improvements
Excellent attention to detail; verify work
Basic electronics theory knowledge
