TH Regulatory Affairs & Licensing Manager

📋 Description

• Monitor and interpret Thai SEC, BOT, AMLO regs and impact on Coins' products.
• Advise leadership on regulatory feasibility, requirements, and risk.
• Lead licensing processes, including submissions and regulator communications.
• Maintain internal compliance frameworks, policies, SOPs, and AML/CFT for Thailand.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, Eng, and Finance for regulatory alignment.
• Represent Coins in regulatory dialogues and industry engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8 years in regulatory advisory, licensing, compliance, or legal.
• Strong understanding of Thai SEC, BOT, and AMLO regs (digital assets, AML/CFT).
• Experience managing licensing applications or regulatory submissions.
• Excellent analytical, research, and regulatory interpretation skills; strong writing.
• Nice to Have: Crypto/digital assets experience; Native or fluent Thai with strong English.
