🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in an international/global corporate environment.
• Passion for solving business problems with data and insights; ability to think critically and
• Strong influencing skills; capable of operating strategically and operationally in a matrix
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; translate complex data into clear insights and
• Experience developing and rolling out global projects and processes, and managing external
• HR Business Partnering or People Analytics background with interest in closer business
