📋 Description

• Lead Medical Affairs strategies across Specialty Care with focus on Ophthalmology and
• Active member of Neuroscience & Specialty Care leadership; shape priorities and
• Support asset launches, evidence generation, and clinical trial development with compliant medical
• Provide leadership to Medical Advisors and Medical Science Liaisons; oversee field medical plans.
• Build relationships with investigators and external medical stakeholders.
• Oversee medical tactics including advisory boards, publications, and congress activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate, PharmD or MD in a scientific discipline required.
• Experience in Specialty Care; Ophthalmology/Eye Care and/or Virology/Infectious Disease preferred.
• Proven medical leadership; management and development of Medical Affairs staff.
• Launch experience, with cross-functional execution and launch readiness.
• Strong strategic planning and execution abilities; compliance focus.
• Travel ~20-30%; valid driver’s license and passport.
