📋 Description

• Lead Medical Affairs strategies for Specialty Care (Ophthalmology/Eye Care; Virology/Infectious
• Collaborate with Neuroscience & Specialty Care leadership on priorities and cross-functional
• Develop and coach Medical Affairs professionals and oversee field-based plans.
• Oversee asset launches, evidence gen, trials, and compliant execution.
• Build relationships with investigators and external medical stakeholders.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and align medical with commercial and regulatory priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate, PharmD or MD in a scientific discipline required.
• Biotech/pharma experience, preferably within Specialty Care.
• Strong knowledge of drug development, trials, and evidence generation.
• Experience in Ophthalmology/Eye Care and/or Virology/Infectious Disease.
• Medical leadership experience with coaching and development of teams.
• Ability to build external relationships and translate strategy into action.
