📋 Description

• Guide new patients through the sales and healthcare reimbursement process
• Educate patients about benefits and features of Cala Health devices and therapy
• Partner with field sales reps to coordinate the sales and shipment process
• Contact physicians to collect documentation for medical necessity
• Investigate insurance benefits and coverage eligibility
• Review records to determine medical necessity eligibility

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Customer Service or related role
• Knowledge of managed care industry including government payers
• Understanding of healthcare plans and benefits related to durable medical equipment
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
• Proficient in reimbursement and revenue cycle management
