📋 Description

• Provide psychotherapy services (60-min sessions) with measurable outcomes.
• Participate in supervision to refine clinical decisions and outcomes.
• Show up professionally on camera and communicate with trust.
• Create flexible schedule 6:00am–11:30pm; one eve/week in year 1.
• Maintain 15+ hours/week and 50 sessions/month by week 20.
• Document with rigor: treatment plans, notes, and assessments within 48 hours.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling.
• Provisionally licensed in New York under LMSW or MHC-LP.
• Up-to-date CAQH profile and active NPI number.
• 6+ months’ psychotherapy experience under supervision (preferred).
• Skilled in diagnosing mental health disorders per DSM-5 criteria.
• Tech-savvy; able to navigate Google Workspace and proprietary EMR.
