• Provide remote pharmaceutical care and therapy education.

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and NY pharmacist license.
• Strong TM program knowledge, especially diabetes and/or weight management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a healthcare team.
• Attention to detail and patient safety.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
