📋 Description

• Issue flight tickets in Sabre for approved bookings
• Build and manage PNRs with passenger data
• Price itineraries and confirm fares
• Process exchanges, reissues, voids and refunds
• Manage the Sabre queue and holds
• Maintain accuracy and follow fare rules

🎯 Requirements

• Sabre GDS proficiency; work in Sabre CLI independently
• 3+ years Sabre ticketing experience in travel industry
• Strong understanding of fare rules and applying them
• Strong attention to passenger data accuracy (name, DOB, FF#)
• Maintain accuracy under pressure during busy periods
• Proactive communication and escalation to Team Lead
