Serve as escalation point for complex IT issues across corporate networks, cloud, identity, and
Maintain core internal networking and cloud infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPNs, switches, routers
Deploy, patch, and secure endpoints (Windows, macOS, Linux) with MDM/EDR.
Create and maintain internal knowledge base, SOPs, and automated scripts.
Collaborate with security, DevOps, and engineering teams to comply with security policies.

🎯 Requirements

2 to 5 years in corporate IT support, help desk, sysadmin, or network operations.
Strong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, Linux.
Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace; basic AWS/Azure troubleshooting.
Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls).
Ability to independently research, test, and implement solutions.
Excellent customer service and communication with internal stakeholders.
