🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of short-form experience creating TikTok/short-form content
• Proven organic results with videos that generate views and engagement
• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, mechanics, hooks and storytelling
• On-camera confidence with a strong personality
• End-to-end production skills; able to take ideas from concept to publication
• High-output, data-informed mindset and willingness to experiment
