🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media (agency preferred).
• Industry expertise: proactive on trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
• Proficiency in TikTok Shop Seller Center and affiliate management systems.
• Affiliate and ambassador program experience; bonus for Impact experience.
• Strong analytical skills; able to analyze data and drive decisions.
• Commerce management experience; setting up social shops on TikTok/Meta.
