📋 Description

Serve as collaborating physician for Tennessee-licensed PMHNPs
Provide 2-4 hours of direct clinical care per week
100% remote, 1099 independent contractor
Clinical hours 8:00–3:00am ET, 7 days/week
Collaborate with Director of Psychiatry and supervise chart reviews
Fulfill state-specific collaborating physician requirements

🎯 Requirements

Board-certified MD or DO Psychiatrist
Active TN medical license (multiple-state licenses a plus)
Experience in telepsychiatry and remote work
Strong communication and collaborative skills
Entrepreneurial mindset or startup experience preferred
Willing to license in states where Mantra serves (MA, NY, FL, PA)
