📋 Description

Maintain, repair, and modify molds for plastic injection and die casting
Disassemble/assemble molds safely and efficiently
Repair/fabricate cores, cavities, and components
Hand work on part details, lifters, slides, and polishing
Support production with troubleshooting and defect reduction
Assist design/engineering with tooling changes for part updates

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years hands-on tool maintenance/repair with plastic injection molds
Preferred: 1+ year welding; 5+ years tool/die maintenance
Preferred: 1+ year TIG welding on tool steels
Preferred: 1+ year machining for mold components
Experience with CNC machining of tool/die components
