📋 Description

• Analyze internal and external compensation data for ranges and pay decisions
• Model merit, bonus, and equity cycles; support planning and audits
• Prepare analyses for hires, promotions, and pay actions
• Maintain accurate compensation data across systems
• Audit data integrity and escalate issues when needed
• Automate recurring workflows with AI/tools while retaining human oversight

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in compensation/total rewards, HR analytics, or HRIS
• Strong Excel/Sheets with pivot, lookups, data modeling
• Experience with compensation cycles from planning to closeout
• HRIS/Workday familiarity; market-pricing systems a plus
• Attention to detail; ability to handle confidential data
• Clear communication; strong organization and project management
