TPM Account Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as primary AbbVie contact with Third Party Manufacturer (TPM).
• Travel to TPM sites to assess capabilities.
• Interface with AbbVie resources to fulfill contract commitments.
• Ensure strategic objectives via TPM capacity and LRP forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to in-source/out-source products with TPMs.
• Negotiate new or extended contracts, align terms with objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in Science, Engineering, Operations, Business or related field.
• 5-8 years in Manufacturing, Program Management, Materials/Logistics, QA, Marketing, Business
• Strong financial analysis, negotiation and project management skills.
• Excellent Program Management, Presentation, and Communication skills.
• Team oriented with ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Understanding of regulatory/compliance related to manufacturing/contracts.
