Trade and Regulatory Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, daily administration, and continuous enhancement of the company’s trade and
• Subject matter expert across ITAR, EAR, OFAC sanctions, FCPA, and FAR/DFARS
• Classify complex technical data, hardware, software, and defense services against CCL/USML
• Evaluate new business initiatives to determine regulatory requirements; manage export
• Draft, submit, and administer filings through government portals (DECCS, SNAP-R)
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, HR, and sales to manage foreign national access and TCPs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, international relations, legal studies, logistics, engineering, or
• 4+ years of hands-on regulatory compliance, with core ITAR/EAR expertise
• Knowledge of OFAC sanctions, FCPA standards, and USG contracting rules (FAR/DFARS)
• Familiarity with DECCS and SNAP-R filing systems
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for partners
• Strong written and oral communication with attention to detail and urgency
