• Prepare and manage shipment documentation and commercial invoices, ensuring information is
• Apply approved HTS classifications and country-of-origin determinations across shipments and
• Manage day-to-day relationships with customs brokers, coordinating clearance activities and
• Monitor duties as part of landed shipping costs; identify unexpected duty outcomes and coordinate
• Resolve routine customs queries during import/export clearance and ensure declarations are accurate
• Manage the duty drawback program day-to-day; coordinate with external specialists and track claims

🎯 Requirements

• Proven professional experience in global trade compliance, customs operations, or related field
• Direct experience managing customs broker relationships and high-volume shipment documentation.
• Practical experience with duty drawback, tariff recovery, customs claims, or similar reclaim
• Strong understanding of customs documentation, declarations, tariff classification
• Independent worker with ownership and autonomy.
• Detail-oriented and process-minded with ability to establish operating procedures where none exist.
