📋 Description

• High-ownership role to build and manage trade compliance operations for a scaling international
• You will oversee customs documentation, classifications, broker relationships, and duty management.
• Work across Europe, the UK, the US, and other international markets as the business expands.
• Establish processes, rhythms, and standards rather than inheriting existing frameworks.
• Collaborate with legal, fulfilment, operations, brokers, carriers, manufacturers, and product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in global trade compliance, customs operations, or related field.
• Experience managing customs broker relationships and high-volume shipment docs.
• Practical experience with duty drawback, tariff recovery, or similar reclaim processes.
• Strong understanding of customs docs, import/export declarations, tariff classification, and
• Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of autonomous work with strong ownership.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across time zones.
