Trade Compliance Specialist (Europe)

📋 Description

• Fully remote in Europe (UK remote also supported).
• Work hours: Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM CET.
• Role sits within Fulfillment; execute trade compliance day-to-day for shipments and documentation.
• Prepare shipment documentation, classify HTS, determine country of origin in collaboration with
• Manage customs broker relationships, coordinate clearance, and monitor broker performance.
• Monitor duties within landed costs; file duty drawback claims; resolve clearance queries.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in global trade compliance or customs operations (US/UK/EU) with volume shipment
• Experience managing customs broker relationships and duties reclamation claims.
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, process-minded individual contributor.
• Based in EU or UK; able to work across time zones as we scale globally.
• Strong stakeholder management with internal teams and external brokers/carriers/manufacturers.
• Commercial mindset; connect compliance work to cost savings and business impact.
