Trader, Natural Gas (Supply Chain)

📋 Description

• Lead a lean natural gas trading team for physical and financial trades
• Develop trading strategies to reduce risk and ensure on-time delivery
• Manage pricing analysis across tenors, hubs, and storage
• Oversee trading positions with market signals and risk controls
• Mentor traders and analysts; build internal stakeholder relationships
• Drive supply continuity for launch, production, and new product campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in natural gas or energy trading
• Experience with physical/financial trading, cost analysis, P&L
• Strong Excel, SQL, PowerBI; Python or similar tools preferred
• Knowledge of risk management, regulatory frameworks (CFTC/FERC)
• Experience with deal development/trade capture systems (Endur or similar) a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 50%; on-site role in Cape Canaveral, FL
