📋 Description

• Architect long-term roadmaps for DeFi trading systems with risk controls.
• Lead product lifecycle from concept, PRD to execution and iteration.
• Analyze on-chain/off-chain metrics to improve capital efficiency and stability.
• Align Engineering, Design, Ops, and Marketing to deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure data consistency under high concurrency and volatile markets.
• Build products from 0 to 1; startup experience is highly valued here.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years core PM in CEX/DEX, focused on trading engines or liquidity.
• Deep knowledge of AMM, Lending, Derivatives; on-chain flows, gas optimization, security.
• Designing asset clearing/settlement; manage fund flows under high concurrency and volatility.
• First-principles thinker who builds robust systems beyond hype.
• Built products from 0 to 1; startup experience valued.
• Strong logical thinking with fluent English for global collaboration.
