🎯 Requirements

3+ years product management in CEX/DEX, focused on trading engines or liquidity.
Strong knowledge of AMM, Lending, Derivatives; on-chain flows, gas optimization, security.
Experience designing asset clearing and settlement; manage complex fund flows with high concurrency.
First-principles thinker who builds robust systems for volatile markets.
Proven ability to build products from 0 to 1; startup experience valued.
Strong logical thinking and English fluency for global collaboration.
