Own creation, revision, and maintenance of docs and training materials across support channels
Build and maintain LMS courses, enroll internal teams, package training for BPO partners
Partner with BPO T&D specialists for standardized training
Write Zendesk macros and Help Center articles for AI-assisted resolution
Maintain Confluence docs as a single source of truth
Run content audits to prevent outdated or conflicting material

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in training, documentation, QA, or support ops
Ability to build clear, engaging training content
Experience with LMS platforms (course building, enrollments)
Proficiency with Confluence and Zendesk Knowledge
Strong PM and org skills; multi-initiative balance
Experience writing for AI retrieval and structured articles
