📋 Description

• Lead training operations for CLS programs across the vertical.
• Plan, project, and manage training delivery for clients; ensure ramp plans and class assignments
• Coach and develop Training Managers and Trainers; monitor delivery quality and provide feedback.
• Update training curricula based on client needs, program performance, and latest call/flow data.
• Manage coaching, nesting, and post-nesting performance for new hires (30-90 days).
• Track KPI performance, attrition, retention, and training impact; drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• College Degree (Masters/MBA a plus).
• Minimum 7 years BPO experience with 4-5 years in managing Training and Development.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong networking and confidentiality.
• Leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities; customer-service orientation.
