Training Manager

📋 Description

• Design and maintain curricula for all operational roles, onboarding, and leadership.
• Deliver instructor-led, e-learning, and blended learning aligned with objectives.
• Create training materials including manuals, job aids, guides, and e-learning modules.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for diverse audiences at all levels.
• Partner with operations and HR to conduct needs analyses and identify skill gaps.
• Manage end-to-end training projects, budgets, records, and LMS data.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of training and development experience; 2+ years in ops.
• Design and deliver multi-format training (ILT, vILT, e-learning, job aids).
• Strong instructional design skills and adult learning (ADDIE/SAM).
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience creating internal communications and training campaigns.
• Proficient in e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate) and LMS.
