Training Operations Associate II

📋 Description

• Lead and Moderate: Facilitate live/asynchronous training sessions; manage agendas, invites
• LMS Administration: Manage WorkRamp operations, module setup, automated nudges to drive engagement.
• EHR and Tech Systems Setup Optimization: Partner with Tech/Clinical teams to monitor setup, design
• Training Monitoring & Engagement: Track provider training progress; update emails; configure
• Lifecyle Ownership: Own logistics for training lead-up and follow-on, ensure
• Provider Advocacy & Support: Primary liaison for providers; deliver high-standard customer

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in operations, provider relations, customer service, or enablement.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal/written interpersonal skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• Technical Proficiency: Fluency in Google Suite required.
• Technical Experience: Experience with Salesforce, WorkRamp (LMS), Zendesk, Gemini, and EHR
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple workstreams, implement process improvements
