📋 Description

  • Lead and moderate live and asynchronous trainings; manage agendas, invites, tech hurdles, attendance.
  • Own end-to-end training logistics; ensure prerequisites, docs, and access are complete.
  • Primary liaison for providers; deliver high-standard customer service.
  • Identify trends in provider tech pain points and design mitigation steps.
  • Identify gaps in training workflows and implement scalable improvements.
  • Build relationships with Clinical, HR, IT and other tech teams to sync training.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in operations, provider relations, customer service, or enablement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborate across teams.
  • Google Suite fluent; experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Gemini, and WorkRamp.
  • Strong project management; manage multiple workstreams and drive improvements.
  • Mission-driven; support clinicians’ learning and scalable care quality.
