Training Program & Content Development Specialist

📋 Description

• Design end-to-end training programs deployed across the organization.
• Build frameworks for supervisors, team leads, and SMEs.
• Partner with operations, quality, safety, and HR to set training standards.
• Support onboarding and ongoing skills development across manufacturing.
• Develop Train-the-Trainer programs with guides and certifications.
• Coach internal trainers to ensure consistent learner experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Engineering, Operations, HR, or related field.
• 2–5+ years in Learning & Development or training design.
• Experience designing scalable training programs and Train-the-Trainer models.
• Experience rolling out training across multiple sites, shifts, or units.
• Strong instructional design, content development, and LMS familiarity.
• Nice to have: e-learning tools, travel readiness, strong presentation & PM skills.
