Training & Quality Specialist, Field Services

📋 Description

• Deliver high-impact training via video, eLearning, VILT, and in-person ILT.
• Translate SME content into engaging, retention-focused experiences.
• Create training content: instructional videos, eLearning, job aids, quick guides.
• Apply training solutions to support field service and installer objectives.
• Facilitate multiple formats and ensure concepts are applied effectively.
• Track metrics to evaluate learning effectiveness and drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s preferred (Marketing, Business, Education, Training or related
• 2-4 years in window fashions/installation/training or related fields.
• 2+ years in in-person training delivery and facilitation.
• Strong public speaking; bilingual English/Spanish desired.
• Expert in video production/editing and web-based training design.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary: $80,000-$90,000
