Transaction Monitoring Specialist

📋 Description

• Monitor real-time fiat and crypto transactions for anomalies
• Investigate alerts from monitoring, sanctions, and blockchain tools
• Escalate cases to Compliance/MLRO when needed
• Reconcile internal ledgers with banks, PSPs, and exchanges
• Resolve breaks, duplicates, and settlement issues
• Maintain liquidity and monitor balances across platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years in payment ops, transaction monitoring, AML, or treasury
• Knowledge of SEPA, SWIFT, Faster Payments, ACH, and card acquiring
• Crypto ops knowledge: blockchains, wallets, fees
• AML/CTF, sanctions incl. VASP, Travel Rule, KYC/CDD
• Strong reconciliation and control mindset
• Analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL
