Transaction Services - Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Use financial acumen to assist clients on financial, operational, and tax issues in M&A
• Conduct and review research and analysis of financial and accounting issues related to business
• Assist in preparing quality of earnings and net working capital analyses for buy- and sell-side
• Participate in executive management interviews of target companies
• Draft sections of reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables
• Collaborate with project teams to manage workstreams and meet deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting
• Minimum 4 years of relevant transaction experience including EBITDA, net working capital, and cash
• Advanced Excel skills (SUMIF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH)
• Passion for developing and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
